TrailerFit x Fitstop Bentleigh

We are excited to be hosting our second road to the Blueprint on Sunday April 19th at Fitstop in Bentleigh. The session will include TrailerFit movements and help prepare you and build confidence for competition day. This event is totally FREE of charge and capped at 50 participants.

What to expect: - A 45 minute high intensity workout

- A chance to refine your lifting techniques

- Coached and form driven by the TrailerFit team

Do i need a team? Absolutely not, by all means if you have your workout team sorted bring them along. If not you will be welcomed into the community and will meet your team on the day. Post session:
